Playgroup is a one-hour play session designed to help your puppy or dog learn social etiquette, how to be in the company of other dogs and how to take breaks in play. Pups and dogs will enjoy safe, supervised, socialisation in our custom-built puppy playground at our Helensburgh Training Centre.
On their first visit you are welcome to stay to help your puppy settle in. Once they are settled, we recommend you leave them to play and not return early unless asked, as some of our puppies are working on building independence from their families. Please do not enter the playground unless directed by a team member.
We use Adaptil on bandanas, clean water bowls between sessions and use F10 (veterinary grade disinfectant), have high staff to pup ratio and keep a very close watch on each puppy.
Playgroup is not designed to help dogs with dog reactivity like aggression or fear and is not a training session. If you have training questions please contact Sonia.

Pups are sorted by age, physical size and play style‍
‍Saturday‍
‍8am - larger older dogs (Adult Labrador, Border Collies, German Shepherd) who are confident in play or older dogs that have been temperament tested.
‍9.30am - medium size puppies (Golden Retrievers, Kelpie, Staffy) who are still learning to play or older dogs that have been temperament tested.
‍11am - small/medium younger puppies (Adult Spaniels, Cavoodle, French Bulldogs and border collie puppies) who are new to playgroup or older dogs that have been temperament tested.
‍12.30pm - tiny/small younger puppies (Toy breeds, Dachshunds, Chihuahua, and baby puppies) who are new to playgroup or older dogs that have been temperament tested.
